So, here’s some stress busters, you may want to give a shot!
- Plan your time well - Give priority to the most important activities and do them first. Break large demand into small and manageable parts. Work through one task at a time and decide how much time you need for each job.
- Be realistic about what you can do - Choose your work according to your own abilities and interests. Set goals that are achievable so you don’t become discouraged or frustrated.
- Spread out the major changes in your life -Give yourself time to adjust from one change to another. For example, avoid changing jobs, buying a car or be ready for a department transfer!
- Speak to someone about your problems - Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. Sharing worries with families or close friends helps to relieve your emotional burden and provides you with emotional support. Seek professional help if you are facing financial or health problems, it helps to guide you and make the correct decisions.
- Interact with your family and friends - Your spouse, family and friends are a key component of your life. They provide you with unconditional love, care, friendship in times of need. Set aside each time each day to talk and relax together.
